Join us as we explore how to create safe and nurturing classroom environments where students feel welcomed and empowered. This session is grounded in Universal Design for Learning (UDL) practices, which recognize the diversity of our learners. Educators will learn strategies for setting up both the physical classroom environment and emotionally inviting spaces, along with social-emotional programming to support student success. From arranging furniture to fostering social-emotional growth, we’ll equip you with tools to create an inclusive space that sets educators up for the school year. Opportunities for dialogue and active participation will be provided.
