In this professional development session, we will focus on proactively planning for the success of autistic students by utilizing the Classroom Reflection Observation tool. Participants will engage in an in-depth exploration of this reflective practice, designed to help educators assess and enhance their classroom strategies to better support autistic learners. Additionally, we will highlight exemplary practices through school and classroom spotlights, showcasing effective methods and environments that foster inclusivity and academic growth. Attendees will leave with practical insights and actionable steps to create a more supportive and responsive learning atmosphere for their autistic students.
